Project 2: Project Management
Instruction
"Each group will produce a comprehensive Project Management Report that captures the
full journey of your project - from research and concept development (Project 1) to the final production stage (Final Project).
The report should document weekly progress, consultation feedback, and key milestones,
illustrating how your team managed the creative workflow, maintained consistency, and
solved design problems throughout the semester."
Progression
This project was primarily led by our team leader, Karyee. The overall layout was based on the Art Direction Guide template that I created earlier for the art guide. I was responsible for placing the branding-related visuals into the document and writing my own reflection.
Throughout the process, I also contributed by providing input and support for the card game design, as well as offering design suggestions for the interactive website. These contributions and task allocations are clearly outlined in the Gantt chart.

REFLECTION
This project helped me understand the importance of project management and Gantt charts. Visualising the timeline and task distribution made it clear how responsibilities were spread across the team and helped us track progress more effectively.
Through this process, I also became more aware of workload management and the need to plan tasks realistically. It taught me the importance of setting clear responsibilities early and using project management tools to maintain balance and efficiency throughout a collaborative project.
